Hello, Emma Swift here.

The lovely Dobe Newton has invited me to write some guest posts on the blog in the lead up to Americana 2012, as well as during the event. So here it goes, and so it goes. I am so excited to be returning to Nashville this year and can’t wait to hang out with such a healthy Australian contingent. Last year’s event was a real treat and this year is bound to be fantastic. If I could, I would get a clone since I’m already anticipating many timetable clashes! YIKES!

Over the couple of weeks I will be posting artist profiles on the blog as well as some gig recommendations and highlights.
